Services Included:
- Upon Entry
- Take pictures showing any damage or large messes and immediately forward to the client
- Begin laundry
- Cleaning Done Throughout the House
- Clean scuffs and marks off walls and doors
- Check all ceilings, corners, etc. for cobwebs and remove
- Clean and sanitize all light switches
- Clean ceiling fan blades
- Vacuum or Sweep and mop all floors throughout the house
- Windex all windows on the inside only
- Clean all window sills and ledges
- Dust baseboards throughout the home
- Kitchen – Refill Supplies Provided by Client
- Remove all food from refrigerator/freezer and wipe down inside of refrigerator and freezer
- Leave condiments in the refrigerator if they are not expired
- Remove trash/recycle and replace liners
- Clean microwave inside and out
- Clean stove front and top. If a gas range clean all the grates as well
- Clean and sanitize countertops, handles, door knobs, cabinet fronts
- Clean sink and faucet. Refill hand soap and dish soap dispensers
- Put out a new kitchen sponge
- Restock items under the sink, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.
- Clean out crumbs on the inside of drawers and cabinets
- Clean and sanitize any items on the counter such as the coffee pot, toaster, knife block, etc
- Put away any clean dishes in the dishwasher
- Put out a new roll of paper towels when down to ¼ of a roll and put the partial roll and an extra roll of paper towels under the kitchen sink
- Refill coffee station
- Living Room
- Clean couch, chairs, ottomans. Make sure to vacuum under cushions
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces
- Sanitize the remote control and place on the coffee table
- Dining Area
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces
- Clean table top and chairs
- Bedroom
- Wash dirty linens and remake beds
- Open blinds and curtains to clean the inside of windows, window sills, and ledges
- Duvets/Comforters are washed when dirty unless client wants otherwise.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, nightstands, lamps, headboards, etc
- Clean and sanitize the television remote and place on the nightstand
- While putting on the clean sheets, we use an extra sticky lint roller to make sure no hairs on on the linens, comforter, duvet cover, and pillows
- Place 2 sets of towels on each bed. Set to include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth
- Bathroom
- Clean and sanitize sink, vanity and faucet(s)
- Windex all mirrors
- Scrub shower walls, shower floor, tub, and any shower shelves
- Wash shower curtain when needed
- Clean and sanitize cabinets, cabinet handles, door handle,s and light switch
- Clean and sanitize the toilet inside and out, including the base
- Put 2-3 rolls of toilet paper under the sinks
- Fold the end of the toilet paper
- Double-check that there is no hair in the shower, on the vanity, in or around the sink, on the toilet, or on the floor
- Patio
- Wipe off patio furniture and clean table tops
- Sweep patio if needed, weather permitting
- Laundry Room
- Clean the dryer vent after every load
- Wipe off the outside of the washer and dryer
- Empty vacuum if using one provided by the owner of this unit
- Inventory supplies and advise clients when running low.
- 1) less than 5 rolls of paper towels
- 2) less than 10 rolls of toilet paper
- 3) less than 1/4 bottle of shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, hand soap, dish soap
- 4) less than 10 laundry pods or 1/4 bottle of laundry soap, ¼ box of dryer sheets
- 5) less than 10 dishwasher pods
- 6) less than 1/4 roll of kitchen trash bags or less than 1/4 roll of wastebasket liners.
- 7) Any coffee supplies needed?
- Before leaving
- Take a photo of each room showing the staging and that nothing is broken
- Close all window coverings on the main floor
- Turn off all lights, except the front porch light
- Lock all doors and windows
Extra Services Provided if Given Notice:
- Oven Cleaning: Run the self-cleaning program the day before your scheduled cleaning and we will happily wipe out the ash and clean the inside oven window.
- Chemical Oven Cleaning: $35/hour
